How slow can you go

stars-rating-full stars-rating-full stars-rating-full stars-rating-full stars-rating-full

There is a major problem at the Warrington PA branch. You pull up to the drive thru with two deposits and it takes them 20+ minutes to process a simple deposit. Not a large deposit, mind you, less than $600.00 and 99% cash.

When you try to ask why, they say it is because there are customers in the lobby. Yeah Right !! The branch sits at a very busy intersection at the far end of a SMALL strip shopping center. I watched twice and no one went in or out. Then they said they only had two tellers. How many tellers does it take to count cash?

Don't use this branch until they get things straightened out. I don't know if they are using it as a training center or what. It wasn't like this until a couple months ago.

They take for ever and then lie about why it takes so long to do a simple transaction. NOTE: both Doylestown PA and Montgomeryville PA, both within 20 miles, can do the same transaction in a reasonable time frame so YES it is Warrington PA!!

Nasty people seem to be a theme with fulton

i have been a member for almost 2 decades plus my parents were as well, all of a sudden I have to show id, which is fine however my gripe is why is it just me, while others can go in and withdraw money from their own accounts? the branch manager, I even predate as a member of fulton bank. all I wanted was an answer as to why in which he was loud, nasty and extremely rude for no reason other then looking like a fool, do yourself a favor stay away from fulton bank. this is how a branch manager acts and fulton allows it???? unprofessional and absolutely ignorant of internal issues within the Denver, pa branch-- never in my 20 plus years have I ever had to show id??? we all know its because I look half my age and its discrimination-- get over yourself steve you work at a bank, not the white house, I worked in health care for years and never spoke to anyone the way you talked to me as a customer/member

Not to mention all banks have it posted to please present ID when you are waited on, how is that discrimination?

Guest

So let me get this straight. You are going to a bank to get cash, from people whose names you don't know but you expect them to know you because you have banked there 20 years.

If you lost your checkbook or had it stolen, would you be ok with the bank to not ask for ID and just give your money away? I really do not understand how someone thinks that a bank that handles cash would not ask for ID.

Nasty tellers !

My husband was in the hospital, very sick ! He has an account there(I don't)and wrote me a check for $100.00 for cash! I took it to the teller and after " consulting" with three other people, she told me it "didn't look like his signature" and wouldn't cash it! I threw a fit! I had to drive back to the hospital and get another check for him to sign " more clearly ".I don't know why he banks there! The tellers act like its their money, not yours. Hate them!

I applied to open new checking account using the link provided by Fulton. I made the 10 debit card transactions as stated in offer . Fulton refuses to deposit the 150.00 bonus they promised stating that I didn’t do it right as they do not have me in their database as someone they targeted with the promotion. I pulled up the promotion online and followed the instructions to a “t”. They are a bait and switch bank. Do not trust them

Bad business practices

stars-rating-full stars-rating-full stars-rating-full stars-rating-full stars-rating-full
I had to check 4 a substantial amount of money and I went to cash it at their Bank. I forgot to deposited in my bank and I found the check sitting on my front seat. So I was driving right by Fulton Bank and I figure I would just cash it because I needed the cash for the next day. I pulled up to the window gave her my ID and when I presented her with the check she said in a very bad Manor you don't have an account with us if you want this check cashed you have to pay $5 or open up an account. So I was very pressed for time and I decided to go ahead with it but I told them that I would write the worst review and I would never bank with them ever. I have two restaurants and a third in the making and I would never Bank with Fulton Bank. It was really depressing to see how the bank just abuses customers. I have 14000 customers on my social media and I will make sure that everybody knows about Fulton Bank in the rude crude and socially unacceptable service that I received. Have a wonderful day and thanks for ruining my day. It wasn't the $5 it made me have a bad taste in my mouth. Just bad business #boycottFultonBank

Dont do business with this bank if you want to be respected as a customer

This Bank is a total rip off. First if you take a look at your accounts they move checks around and don't process them in the order the come in. They will tell you they do but its a flat out lie. Its part of their scam with over draft fees. And don't worry the Office of Comptroller wont do anything because they are in bed with them and allows them to fleece you with no penalty. We had money in the account where it came to $60 short of covering all bills . Now I have no issue with over draft fee IF IT WAS COVERED. This bank will reject it and still charge you over draft fees even though they rendered no service to you. Now I have done banking with FNB bank and they have it where if you are short a certain amount say $5 to 150 they cover it and put up draft fee but you are giving till the end of that business day to bring your account up to balance or you will incur fee. That is VERY fair no issue at all because that is a fair model. Fulton does not do that. One the day in question all the money was put in the bank at 1 pm...every bit of it ( including over draft fee of 37). When we got home 1 hr later someone had held the money and rejected it which brought another 37 fee and then once they had fleeced us all of our money was put back in account. ALL in the same day. Its unethical and they do this to consumers they think is unsophisticated in their set up. No bank should be able to reject small amounts and charge you a fee at the same time for no service rendered. The bank don't give you anything for free so why should they prosper in that situation. I sent a complaint and what FULTON do is send out a letter with the hopes you don't get it or respond. They don't have the decency to call you direct. It is because they don't see you as a customer just a number. These are fact. Just take a look at your accounts and watch how they process it. Its call flipping where they will process the smaller ones with the hope of the bigger one hit your account for over draft fees. You will see checks that was processed before being processed again 2 days later when you put money in. Watch your accounts. They are doing it. FNB is a better alternative because as I stated they give you at least to end of Banking day to bring account to current. I have interview with newspaper and I plan on sending message to consumers that this will continue as long as you have BLIND TRUST with bank like theses that have only motivation to rip you off for profit purpose and hide behind The Bank overseers, Lobbyists and Bank Presidents who make Disgusting salaries for doing it. It is the working class who make the bank these disgusting over draft fees profits not the well heeled because they don't allow it. Wake up consumers!!!!!

Drive yhru window service

stars-rating-full stars-rating-full stars-rating-full stars-rating-full stars-rating-full

This morning at the Quarryville branch, I pulled up at approximately 9:05 AM at the drive thru. The teller took my deposit but then she proceeded to take a customer who walked in after she took my deposit.

My deposit was a simple $124. The inside customer’s transaction took at least six minutes to do. When she was done with that customer she processed another customer’s deposit who just walked inside. The drive up next to me also had his deposit taken by another teller.

The original teller proceeded to take care of that drive thru customer. I decided that I was not waiting any longer, so I parked and went inside. I told all of the FOUR tellers, only TWO of which were actually working, that this was ridiculous. I waited for over ten minutes to deposit $124 and the teller took care of two customers while I waited.

Their excuse was they had other customers.

REALLY!! The customers who came in AFTER they took my deposit.

Not a very happy customer!!

Just stopped at the local Fulton Bank to get change for a twenty dollar bill for our yard sale. I was amazed they wouldn't give me change because I didn't have an account with them. Rest assured Fulton, I and my family of 6 will never have an account with you now. I will also be sure tell everyone I know about this incident and post it in all my social media accounts. Totally unfriendly and not helpful

stars-rating-full stars-rating-full stars-rating-full stars-rating-full stars-rating-full

So I went downtown Manheim today to pay my school tax and thought I would take some Rolled Coins that I have been saving. About $400 of quarters, dimes, nickels (pretty heavy).

I was told there is a machine up front to put your coins into and you will get a receipt. I replied "so I have to pay a fee". The teller said "If you have an account here you don't have to pay a fee". I said but they are in rolls.

The teller (there were 3 tellers and no one else in the bank) said "well we are getting rid of the machines on Sept 1 (this is Aug 29) and then we can take them if you want to wait till then". I have been a Fulton customer since 1974, had home mortgages, home equity line of credit, auto loans, savings account, checking account, plus other services offered. My wife even worked for Fulton for 20 years. The employees at the banks are many times on the *** of being rude.

Maybe that is the image Fulton wants put forth. I am tired of all of the FULTON Crap.

Where did all of the smiling faces at Fulton go? Guess they all retired and are now replaced with (expletive deleted)................

Fraud

Reported fraud on my card to my branch. They said, sorry, we can’t help you.” Called main office, cancelled card, got $ returned and over draft fees. Then, took 7 days to get a replacement card. Finally, no PIN arrived in mail. After 14 days I called. Their excuse, “it must of got lost in the mail!” Asswipes! Finding a new bank soon...

Poor Customer Service

I opened 2 accounts at this bank just a few months ago. I must say that they do not make anything easy.

Everything is a struggle for their customers. In addition, they are apathetic toward all of the issues in which I made them aware. Just going to the ATM machine is a nightmare. I wanted to make a deposit into my savings account but couldn't because my savings account is referred to as "Checking 2." How am I supposed to know that?

The bank manager didn't make it known to me when I opened the accounts.

The district manager Kim Daino is useless as well. She'll support her staff, no matter how incompetent they are!

Terrible Customer Service

stars-rating-full stars-rating-full stars-rating-full stars-rating-full stars-rating-full
I found Fulton through a closing cost assistance program. This program was the only reason I banked with them. My loan officer was nice but would call me just to tell me he was emailing me. Very informative. Until it was the day of closing and I noticed the assistance money wasn't on my paperwork. When questioned about it I was told I was rejected for the funds for my income being $200 over. Was never told I wasn't getting these funds until the day of. After speaking with one supervisor after the next I was told that omission on previous paperwork was technically them letting me know and that the funds were really meant for people in need anyway. I found it highly suspicious that the one thing THEY were supposed to be offering me as an incentive disappeared and they failed to mention it until the last minute. Especially after being so thorough on everything that I owed THEM. Terrible business practices and terrible customer service.

FULTON BANK FAILS IN CUSTOMER SERVICE !

stars-rating-full stars-rating-full stars-rating-full stars-rating-full stars-rating-full
I’m not a customer of Fulton Bank nor will I ever be. I wanted to cash a $50.00 check drawn on Fulton Bank. I am not a customer of Fulton. They wanted to charge me $5.00 to cash my check at 4:45 on a Wednesday. How generous of them to be open so late in the day only to lose all points in the customer service category for not cashing THEIR OWN CHECK WITHOUT A FEE. (Warrington PA)- Marialyce Keane
